Dean and I enjoyed talking to each other and singing a lot. Mostly it was stuff that he recorded. He sure was a great musician and I had a lot of fun singing cross country via telephone with Dean. He has always been a Christian and has always loved God and treated others fairly. I know that I will see him again on the other side. With all of my love, James

My sincere heartfelt condolences to the loss of a great man. He will be sorely missed. I always loved being around uncle Dean. He was always full of life and a lot of fun to be around. He gave me great advise on what type of Bluegrass Guitar to buy and I took his recommendation. Love, Steve Whittington
