Obituary of GYSGT Ronald Lee Napper

Ronald L. Napper, Sr., 49, departed this life at MCV Medical Center on March 4, 2012. Ronald was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Clara Napper. He leaves behind a wife, Sharon F. Napper, six sons, James Napper, Ronald L. Napper, Jr., Anthony Napper, Jon Napper, Carlos Rivera, Darian Clover, two daughters, Cheetara Napper and Autumn Napper, four grandchildren, Quan, Keiara, Jameer and Aiyanna Napper, his mother, Leoda Hudson, two brothers, Leonard Napper and Dr. Theodore Napper, a sister, Shelly Diggs, three nieces, eight nephews, two great nieces, three great nephews, a previous wife, Renee Rodgers and a host of extended family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:30 pm Thursday, March 15, 2012 in the Memorial Chapel at Ft. Lee and where a memorial service will be conducted 10:00 am Friday, March 16, 2012 with Rev. Carl Johnson officiating. Interment will be in Arlington National Cemetery 1:00 pm Wednesday, March 21, 2012.
