Betty succumbed to the complications of a prolonged illness while under the care of the hospital staff, surrounded by the love of her family. Betty is survived by her devoted husband, William Sculthorpe, who stood by her side throughout their journey together. Betty also leaves a lasting impact on her son, Earl Mayton, Jr., her stepdaughter, Alissa Sculthorpe; and her brother, Hildrey Lee Winn, and his fiancée, Dale Rodgers. Betty will also be remembered by her nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and many other family members who touched her heart on a daily basis. Betty's legacy lives on through her cherished grandchildren, Megan Mayton, Mitch Mayton, and Sean Mayton. Her love for them was immeasurable, and the memories they shared will forever hold a special place in their hearts. A faithful and kind soul, Betty touched the lives of those around her with her warmth and compassion. Her genuine smile and nurturing spirit created a welcoming atmosphere for friends and family alike. Betty's enduring love left an indelible mark on the lives she touched.
