Obituary of Alicyn Marie Lopez Zamora

Alicyn Marie Lopez Zamora (Peewee Strickland), 43, of Chesterfield, went home to be with the lord, on November 02, 2023. Alicyn was a loving Mother, Daughter, Sister, Gammy, and friend. She was a person with a huge heart who helped many along the way with anything she could. She will be missed by so many. Alicyn was proceeded in death by her father, Donald J. Strickland; her grandparents, James L. and Alice L. Hagy; and her grandbaby, Baby Espino. Alicyn is survived by her mother, Pamela H. Strickland; one sister, Jami (Chris); two brothers, J.C. (Jackie), Darrell; three children, Dakota (Bert), Bubba (Amaya), and Montana (Noah); five grandchildren who were her everything, Lucas, Huxley, August, Amora, and Baby Santos; four nieces, Berkley (Austin), Danyell, Hayden, and Jae'Lee; one nephew, Chris; her four favorite uncles; two aunts; and her two ride or die bestest friends, Lori and Linda. There will be a celebration of life on November 25, 2023, at 3pm, at her mother’s house located at 10401 Elokomin Ave. North Chesterfield, Va. 23237 In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to the Colonial Heights Fire Department.
