William E. "Bill" Togger, 83, of Prince George County, Virginia, passed away on Saturday November 8, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents; Paul John and Martha Clara Meyer Togger, sisters; Pauline Elizabeth Baird, Margaret Louise Kolek, brother: Alfred James Togger, and a son James Wesley Togger. Bill leaves behind a loving wife of 54 years, Emily Mozucha Togger, son; David Togger, daughter; Paula Kroener(Forrest), 4 grandchildren; Amber Redinger(Tim), Kati Togger, David Togger II, Owen Kroener, 2 great grandchildren; Matthew and Carson, numerous nieces and nephews. Bill was a lifetime member of Church of the Sacred Heart, Owner/Operator of Evergreen Mobile Home Park for the past 36 years, was an avid hunter, fisherman, and Gardener. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather and cherished his family. It was said that Bill had a heart of gold and never met a stranger. The family will receive friends on Wednesday November 12, at Church of the Sacred Heart in Petersburg Virginia from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, a Mass of The Resurrection will be held following the visitation at 7:00 PM with Celebrant Father Chris Hess. Interment will be Thursday morning at 10:00 AM in the church cemetery. Flowers are welcome but donations may also be made to Church of the Sacred Heart 9300 Community Lane Petersburg, Virginia 23805 in Bill's memory.
