Rosie Burnham Miller

Rosie Burnham Miller, age 89, passed away October 12, 2012. A lifelong resident of Prince George County, VA ,and a member of First Baptist Church, Hopewell, VA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles L. Miller; her parents, Elmer Burnham Sr. and Dorothy Sprueill Burnham; a sister, Lavinia Doyle; brothers, Elmer Jr., William, Raymond and Charley Burnham. She is survived by, her son, Alvin M. Hite, of Concord, NC; granddaughters, Catherine Hite, of Miami, FL; Rebecca Hite, of Chapel Hill, NC; grandsons, Raymond Hite (Dawn), of Albuquergue, NM, Richard Hite (Jennifer), of Port Charlotte, FL, sisters, Alma B. Towsend, of Seattle, WA; and Marie Random, of Chester, VA; brothers, Elwood Burnham, of Charleston, SC, and Douglas Burnham, of Richmond, VA; great grandsons, Jacob, William and Alexander Hite, all of Port Charlotte, FL. The family will receive friends 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at Memorial Funeral Home, Gould Chapel, 214 N. 6th Ave. Hopewell, VA. 23860.
