Robert George Koren

Robert George Koren, 80, of N. Prince George, passed away Saturday, March 17, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel George Koren and Ellen Young Koren. Robert was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. He was a member of the Hopewell Moose Lodge 1472 for 45 years and a member of Nazareth Lutheran Church. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Pruett Koren; daughter, Susan Koren Bennett (Robert); two sons, William Tyler Koren and Robert George Koren, Jr.; three grandchildren, Britny Evans McCall, Heather Leigh Evans and Chase Anthony Bennett; and great-granddaughter, Madisyn Paige McCall. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, March 23, 2018 at Memorial Funeral Home Gould Chapel. Interment will follow at Appomattox Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Thursday, March 22, 2018 at the funeral home.
