Joyce Mcdaniel

Joyce Faye McDaniel, 49, of Hopewell went to the Lord on Monday evening, January 26, 2015. She is preceded in death by her father, Jerry Blankenship. Joyce leaves to mourn her daughter, Megan (Taylor) Barrick; mother, Linda Blankenship; sisters, Michele (Joel) Thomas and Karen (Keith) Jarratt; a brother, Brian (Dana) Blankenship; her granddaughter, Amelia Barrick; uncle, Charles Richard (Joyce) Blankenship; nieces and nephews, Taylor, Noah, Rebecca, Brianna, Jessica, Jazlynn and friends Lydia Dyson-Young , Spring Clary-Atkins, Twila and Malcolm Barrick. Her celebration of life will be at 4 p.m. on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at Powers Memorial Baptist Church, 2807 Jackson Street, Hopewell VA 23860. Interment will be private.
