Gwindolyn Ann Yocum

Gwindolyn Ann Yocum, 59, of Petersburg, VA passed away on 2/15/23. Gwin was born in Richmond, VA on 12/31/1963. Gwin was the life of the party and always knew how to light up a room. She spent her life caring for those around her, whether it was through her home health nursing positions, or making sure her son had everything he needed. She loved her family more than anyone could imagine. Gwin is survived by her brother Gregory, her step son Malcom, and her best friend Michelle. She will be missed by her nieces and nephew: Ashley, Rachael, Tony, and Rebekah. Her Reese’s cup Bandit will always be waiting by her coffee pot in the mornings. Gwin is preceded by her parents Harry & Helen Yocum, her sister Gloria, her beloved Charlie, and Kisser Chriser.
