Frank Thomas Ellis

Frank Thomas Ellis, 89, of Warrensville, S.C., formerly of Hopewell, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 29, 2015. He is reunited in death with his wife of 56 years, Mattie Catherine Hayes Ellis and his parents, Henry Bragg and Mable Barnett Ellis. Frank is survived by his sons, Nathan Thomas Ellis (Kathy) and Morris Van Ellis (JoAnn); his daughters, Brenda Stodder (Bob) and Rita Serbera (Donald); 11 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Frank is a U.S. Navy Veteran and was a mill wright throughout his entire working career, visiting over half the United States in the process. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home, 214 N. 6th Avenue in Hopewell. His graveside ceremony will be on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at 1 p.m. in Bermuda Memorial Park in Enon. Final rest will follow in the cemetery.
