Francis Edward Moroney

Francis Edward Moroney, 64, of Colonial Heights passed away Monday, February 20, 2012 in John Randolph Medical Center. Mr. Moroney was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Evans Moroney, his parents, Edward V. and Julia Shields Moroney. He is survived by his daughter, Tamara "Tammy" Arnold, three grandchildren, Rachel, Katelyn and Sydney Arnold, a special friend, Edna Hepler, and also several other family members. A memorial service will be conducted 6:00 pm Thursday, March 1, 2012 at the Wabi Sabi Restaurant, 29 Bollingbrook Street, Petersburg, VA with Rev. Justin Vaughan officiating. Arrangements are by the Memorial Funeral Home, 214 N. 6th Avenue, Hopewell, VA.
