Evelyn Sulc Chezik

Evelyn Sulc Chezik, 87, of Hopewell passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2013 in Brighter Living Assisted Living. Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, John Jacob Chezik and was a secretary at Fort Lee for over thirty three years. She is survived by her son, John A. Chezik and his wife, Peggy, her daughter, Judy C. Key, three grandchildren, John Robert and Matthew Justin Key and Travis John Chezik, two special friends, Janet Holc Couch and Harold E. Key. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:00 pm Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at the Memorial Funeral Home, 214 N. 6th Avenue, Hopewell, VA. Interment will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Virginia, Crater Community Hospice or American Cancer Society.
