Elton Elizabeth Winn

Elton Elizabeth Winn, 93, of Hopewell, VA, entered eternal life on September 12, 2013. Elton was born in Blackstone, VA, to the late Robert and Annie Maude Hawkes and was the widow of W. Frederick Winn. She is survived by her three sons; William F. Winn(Beverly), Robert S. Winn(Nancy), Lewis L. Winn, ten grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren. Elton was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother and was a member of First United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends at Memorial Funeral Home, Gould Chapel on Sunday September 15, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, funeral services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday September 16, 2013 at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in White Oak United Methodist Church Cemetery in Wilsons, Va.
